DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Use twice daily (morning and evening) after brushing
• Adults: 10 ml
• Children: 5 ml (or dilute 1:1 with water for children or preventive use)
• Swish and gargle for 30–60 seconds (try to reach the throat area for better disinfection), then spit out
• Do not rinse with water afterward
• Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking
