Instructions for Use:

1. Caution: Porc-Etch™ contains 4% hydrofluoric acid. Use a rubber dam. Avoid contact with gums or soft tissues.

2. Sandblast the bonding surface, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry.

3. Isolate carefully and apply Reliance Barrier Gel on the gums. Apply a thin layer of Porc-Etch™ on the tooth surface. Wait 4 minutes, then remove with cotton rolls or gauze. Rinse thoroughly with high-speed suction.

4. Dry the surface completely and apply a thin layer of Reliance Porcelain Conditioner. Wait 2 minutes, then air-dry.

5. Apply Assure Plus to the conditioned porcelain surface, air-dry lightly, and light-cure. Place adhesive and brackets as needed.

Precautions:

• Hydrofluoric acid is highly corrosive and a severe irritant to eyes and tissues.

• In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.

• Vapors can irritate the respiratory tract; prolonged inhalation is hazardous.

• Protect patients, clinicians, and assistants: wear protective eyewear and gloves. Use a rubber dam for all intraoral porcelain restorations.

• In case of contact with other tissues, rinse immediately with plenty of water for several minutes.

• Etchant residue on skin or mucosa can cause damage; avoid prolonged contact.
